Ashara Living is an Orange County luxury home developer. Since 2016 we’ve been designing and building a small number of custom residences each year — homes shaped by their site, their light, and the way a family actually wants to live.

Our work is grounded in craft. We favor durable materials, quiet detailing, and rooms that age gracefully. We work with a deliberately small senior team, and we stay close to every project from the first walk of the land to the final punch list.

We build across Orange County — from coastal lots to inland canyons — and we take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets the attention it deserves.
